“Diamond Level” Consultation
The “Diamond Level” Consultation is a comprehensive analysis of a residential, commercial or industrial property. The “Diamond Level” Consultation can be applied to premises of any complexity, including new construction and properties with proposed modifications.
The “Diamond Level” Consultation includes a preliminary site visit, which generally lasts between three and six hours and which includes an interview with the occupants of the home or key personnel in the business. Information requested includes birth dates of each occupant, construction date of the building, dates and extent of major renovations. There will also be questions related to current concerns and goals that the occupants may wish to focus on. All rooms will be measured, observations will me made and notes taken in each room, and photographs of the interior and exterior will be taken.
A thorough analysis of the property will be performed offsite. This includes all aspects of Feng Shui that are visible to the naked eye and a precise “flying star” analysis of unseen influences. Based on this comprehensive analysis, recommendations are developed.
A follow-up site visit, generally lasting one to two hours, will be scheduled for 1 to 3 weeks following the first visit. At this time, a detailed written report will be presented and the recommendations reviewed. The report will include room-by-room detailed recommendations, classified by priority, which will enable the occupants to achieve their goals. Floor plans are included, as necessary, for clarification of the recommendations.
“Golden Level” Consultation
The “Golden Level” Consultation is an analysis appropriate for a simple residential, commercial or industrial property. The “Golden Level” Consultation can be applied to premises that occupy just one level, including residences up to 3 bedrooms and commercial or industrial premises up to 1500 sq feet. The “Golden Level” Consultation is especially appropriate for rentals, co-ops, etc., where significant structural changes are not an option.
Unlike the “Diamond Level” Consultation, the “Golden Level” Consultation is completed in one site visit, generally lasting from six to nine hours. This includes an interview with the occupants of the home or key personnel in the business. Information requested includes birth dates of each occupant, construction date of the building, dates and extent of major renovations. There will also be questions related to current concerns and goals that the occupants may wish to focus on. All rooms will be measured, observations will me made and notes taken in each room.

IMPORTANT NOTE – Environmental Pollution
Since environmental factors can seriously downgrade the quality of “chi” in a home or business and may require special treatment, every “Diamond Level” Consultation, “Golden Level” Consultation, and Pre-Purchase / Pre-Lease Evaluation, includes an electronic evaluation of these key environmental factors:
- EMFs (electro-magnetic frequencies);
- Large air pollutants, such as dust, soot and other “visible” contaminants;
- Small air pollutants, such as smoke particles and other “invisible” toxins.
“Silver Level” Consultation
Unlike other 8 Feng Shui home & business Consultation Services, the “Silver Level” Consultation is based on information provided by the client rather than an actual site visit. The client will be asked to provide detailed floor plans, including dimensions, and photographs of the interior and exterior of the property. All client conversations, including reviewing the report of recommendations, are held by telephone.
The “Silver Level” Consultation is available for homes and businesses in all parts of the world. However, it may not permit as thorough an understanding of the property and its energy dynamics.
Pre-Purchase / Pre-Lease Evaluation
A Pre-Purchase / Pre-Lease Evaluation is a quick onsite evaluation of a home (or other property) being considered for purchase. A quick “flying star” analysis of the home’s unseen influences is done. The home and property are inspected for major visible issues that may impact the home’s energies, or that may be issues or obstacles in achieving excellent Feng Shui. Key aspects of the home, and each room, is given a “score” which represents how energetically favorable or unfavorable it is. These are then extrapolated into an overall “score” for comparative purposes. Findings are presented in a simple one page report. A Pre-Purchase / Pre-Lease Evaluation typically takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. Several properties can be evaluated in a day.
A pre-construction evaluation involves a one-time walk-through of the construction plans, generally with the architect, and an interview with the potential occupants of the building. Information requested includes birth dates and birth times of each occupant, and the estimated completion date of the building. There will also be a series of questions related to issues that the potential occupants may wish to work on and that Feng Shui may impact. Copies of the house plans are required.
A written report will be provided within 10 days, or sooner if required. This will include a detailed evaluation of the structure’s suitability, from a Feng Shui perspective, for the intended occupants. Modifications that would enhance the suitability of the structure will be specified.
The Sales Consultation is an outstanding investment for houses, apartments and businesses that are currently on the market or that will soon be put up for sale.
The Sales Consultation is completed in one site visit, generally lasting from five to eight hours. This includes an interview with the property owner or sales agent. Information requested includes recent occupancy history, and dates and extent of major renovations. There will also be questions related to prior marketing results, if the property is already on the market.
Recommendations will include, but are not limited to, cures for major or obvious Feng Shui concerns, especially those that may be issues for Feng Shui-savvy potential buyers; use of 5-element theory to optimize the flow of energy into the home, thereby promoting the likelihood of a faster sale at a better price; enhancement of the emotional and subconscious impression made by the home; other aspects of the home and property, as deemed necessary and/or beneficial to optimize the home’s likelihood of selling faster and at a better price.
The Sales Consultation can produce rapid results even for difficult properties.
Selection of an optimal date for an important activity enables scheduling the activity when the energies of the universe will most support success and an excellent start. Date Selection using classical Chinese methodologies is available for key life events such as a marriage proposal, a wedding day, a business opening, signing of a contract, business or personal travel, a medical procedure, and others.

Annual Update Consultation
During December and January, prior to the start of the Solar New Year, an Annual Update Consultation is offered at a special reduced cost. This applies to existing clients only and should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. The Annual Update offers the following benefits:
- Calculation of the impact that annual energy changes during the coming year will have on the property and its occupants, and the enhancements and cures that should be implemented for the coming year.
- Validation of Feng Shui modifications already put in place.
- Determination of the Feng Shui impact caused by modifications to the property, decorating changes, or acquisition of new furnishings during the last year.
- Consideration of changes to personal or business goals or requirements.
- An opportunity to discuss, in person, any Feng Shui questions or issues that have come up regarding the property.
- Any other Feng shui adjustments needed to help make the coming year the best ever for the client!
